Swiss Chems and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, handling, possession, or use of any product sold on this website.

By purchasing from us, you agree to indemnify and hold Swiss Chems harmless against any claims, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising from your use, misuse, storage, handling, or resale of any product.

5. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to review and acceptance. Swiss Chems reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including where we believe a product may be purchased for an improper, unlawful, or non-research purpose.

Once an order has been submitted, it may not be changed or cancelled after it has been processed for dispatch.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched according to our shipping procedures. Once an order has been handed over to our courier or logistics partner, delivery is outside our direct control.

Please note:

  • tracking updates may not appear immediately;
  • “pre-shipment” statuses may remain visible for several days before courier scans update;
  • delivery delays may occur due to postal or customs processing beyond our control.

If you entered an incorrect delivery address, Swiss Chems is not responsible for lost parcels, returned shipments, or failed delivery. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details carefully before finalising a purchase.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns may be requested within 7 business days of delivery only for unopened and sealable packages and only where the eligible products fall under Research SARMs, PCTs, and MEPs.

Return conditions:

  • the customer is responsible for return shipping costs;
  • a valid return tracking number is required;
  • returned goods must be received and inspected before any refund is approved;
  • a 15% restocking fee per product will be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • your order number;
  • clear photographs of the package;
  • visible tracking information;
  • photographs of the items received.

9. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order after placing it, you must contact us immediately at info@swisschems.uk. If the order has not yet been dispatched, cancellation may be possible, subject to any applicable processing fee.

Once an order has been released for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.

10. Wrong Address and Returned Shipments

Swiss Chems is not responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly by the customer at checkout.

If a shipment is returned or marked undeliverable due to an incorrect address:

  • we may not be able to offer a refund or reshipment;
  • returned shipments do not always make their way back to our facility;
  • it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery details are accurate before submitting an order.

11. Product Quality Guarantee

Where applicable, a customer may choose to have a product tested by a qualified HPLC testing facility. If an eligible product is confirmed to fail the stated quality standard, Swiss Chems may review the claim and, where approved, refund the order amount and applicable shipping costs.

12. Intellectual Property and Brand Use

All website content, branding, text, graphics, and related materials remain the property of Swiss Chems unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised use, copying, or misrepresentation of our brand or product information is prohibited.

13. Affiliate Programme

Affiliate restrictions include:
