Frequently Asked Questions
Welcome to the FAQ page for SwissChems UK. Here you can find information about order processing, UK and international delivery, returns, refunds, peptide packaging, reward points, product quality, and research-use requirements.
Orders and Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received, rather than from the time the order was initially placed. Processing normally takes 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
When a product is temporarily unavailable or additional processing time is required, we will contact you by email with an updated dispatch estimate.
UK orders generally arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch. International delivery times depend on the destination, courier, customs procedures, and local postal services.
Once a parcel has been transferred to the courier, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Tracking information may also take a short time to update after dispatch.
How can I change my shipping address?
Contact our support team immediately at info@swisschems.uk. We can only change an address before the order has been processed or released for dispatch.
Once a parcel has entered the shipping process, we may be unable to amend the delivery information.
How do I track my order?
Tracking details will be sent to your email address after your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for the courier’s tracking system to register the parcel. Tracking information may not update immediately after the shipping label has been created.
Do you keep my card information on file?
SwissChems UK does not directly store complete card details. Payment information is handled through the authorised payment provider used during checkout, subject to its own security and privacy procedures.
Do you ship internationally?
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations.
International availability may depend on courier coverage, local import rules, customs requirements, and restrictions applying to particular products. Customers are responsible for confirming that the products they order can be legally imported into their destination country.
Contact info@swisschems.uk before ordering when you require confirmation about a particular destination.
Will every item arrive in one parcel?
Where practical, all products will be packed together. However, an order may occasionally be divided into separate parcels because of stock availability, packaging requirements, warehouse arrangements, or dispatch logistics.
When an order is divided, separate tracking information may be provided.
I forgot to use my discount code. Can it be applied afterwards?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will review the request, but discount codes cannot always be applied retrospectively once payment has been completed or the order has entered processing.
Can I pre-order a sold-out product?
Pre-orders may be available for selected products. Availability will depend on the expected restock date and current supply arrangements.
Contact us for an estimated restock date before placing an order.
How can I check whether a product is in stock?
The current availability of a product is normally displayed on its product page.
Stock levels can change quickly. For confirmation before placing a large or time-sensitive order, contact info@swisschems.uk.
How often are products restocked?
Restock schedules vary between products. Frequently requested items may be replenished regularly, while specialist compounds may require additional sourcing or preparation time.
Our support team can provide the latest available information for a specific product.
Are discounts or vouchers available?
SwissChems UK may offer promotional codes, account rewards, referral benefits, or limited-time discounts.
Promotional terms, minimum-order requirements, expiry dates, and product exclusions may apply.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO, or military addresses?
Delivery may be available depending on the courier, service level, and destination. Some tracked services cannot deliver to PO Boxes or certain military addresses.
Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the available delivery options.
Returns, Refunds and Disputes
What is your returns policy?
Returns may be requested for eligible, unopened, and sealable packages within 7 business days of delivery.
At present, this return provision applies only to eligible Research SARMs, PCTs, and MEPs. Products must remain unopened, unused, and in a condition suitable for inspection and resale.
Customers are responsible for return postage and must provide a valid tracking number. Once the parcel has been received and inspected by our warehouse, we will confirm whether the return has been approved.
A 15% restocking fee per product will be deducted from approved refunds.
Returns must not be sent without prior authorisation. Contact info@swisschems.uk before posting anything back.
What should I do if my order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible and provide:
-
Your order number
-
A description of the issue
-
Clear photographs of the parcel
-
Photographs of the products received
-
A visible image of the shipping label or tracking number
We will review the evidence and provide the appropriate next steps.
Where should I send an authorised return?
The correct return address and instructions will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and authorised.
Do not send products to an address found online or on an older parcel without receiving current instructions from our support team.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Contact us immediately at info@swisschems.uk.
Changes or cancellations may only be possible before the order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been transferred to the courier, it may no longer be changed or cancelled.
How are refunds processed?
Approved refunds are processed after returned products have been received, inspected, and accepted by our warehouse.
Applicable postage costs, processing charges, or the 15% restocking fee may be deducted where permitted under the relevant return terms.
The time required for a refund to appear depends on the original payment method and payment provider.
What should I do before opening a chargeback?
Please contact our support team first. Many payment or order issues can be resolved more quickly when we are given the opportunity to investigate the transaction directly.
Opening a chargeback before contacting us may delay the resolution process and restrict the options available to our support team.
How are payment disputes handled?
Send the order number, payment reference, and a clear explanation of the issue to info@swisschems.uk.
We will review the order records and payment details before responding with the available resolution options.
Peptides
In what form are peptides supplied?
Peptides may be supplied as individual vials or multi-vial kits, depending on the product.
The product title, description, and package details should be reviewed before ordering to confirm the amount, vial count, and format included.
How should peptides be stored and handled?
Follow the storage instructions shown on the product label, packaging, or individual product page.
Storage requirements may vary between products. Access should be restricted to qualified personnel familiar with appropriate laboratory handling, documentation, and storage procedures.
What is the difference between a peptide vial and a kit?
A vial is one individual container.
A kit normally contains multiple vials or several packaged components sold together. The number of vials included should be stated on the relevant product page.
How can I identify the peptides in my order?
Check the vial labels, outer packaging, product names, and order confirmation.
When you are unable to identify an item, do not open or use it. Contact info@swisschems.uk with your order number and clear photographs so we can assist.
What should I do if a peptide kit is missing?
Contact us immediately with your order number, photographs of the parcel, shipping label, and all items received.
We will review the packing and fulfilment records to investigate the missing product.
Why did my peptide kit arrive in different packaging?
Outer boxes and packaging designs may change because of stock handling, packaging availability, or fulfilment arrangements.
A change in outer packaging does not necessarily indicate a change to the listed product. Contact us with photographs when you require verification.
Why can BPC-157 solubility vary?
Observed solubility may be affected by the material, laboratory conditions, storage history, handling procedures, and solvent used during analytical work.
SwissChems UK does not provide personal-use preparation or administration advice. Product-specific research enquiries should be directed to our support team.
Why can GHK-CU take longer to dispatch?
Some products may require additional stock coordination, preparation, packaging, or quality-control procedures. This can occasionally extend the processing period.
When a significant delay affects your order, we will provide an updated dispatch estimate by email.
Do your liquids and solutions contain alcohol?
Formulations can vary between products. Review the relevant product description and label for the stated ingredients or solvent information.
Contact us before ordering when a particular ingredient is important to your research requirements.
Customer Rewards and Opportunities
How do reward points work?
Customers who create a Swiss Chems account during their first order may receive 50 introductory reward points.
Eligible purchases and account activity may generate additional points under the rewards programme. Redemption values, exclusions, expiry rules, and qualifying transactions are governed by the current programme terms.
Does Swiss Chems have an affiliate programme?
Yes. Eligible applicants may apply to participate in the Swiss Chems affiliate programme.
Acceptance, commissions, promotional methods, prohibited keyword targeting, and payment requirements are governed by the affiliate programme terms.
Is bulk pricing available?
Bulk or wholesale pricing may be available for selected products and qualifying order volumes.
Send the product names, quantities, destination, and any relevant business information to info@swisschems.uk for review.

Are all products legal in the United Kingdom?
Laws and regulatory classifications can vary by product, intended purpose, and jurisdiction.
All products offered by SwissChems UK are supplied strictly for laboratory and analytical research use unless otherwise stated. They are not intended for personal use or human consumption.
Customers are responsible for checking all applicable laws, regulations, import requirements, and institutional rules before purchasing.
Do you provide usage or dosage instructions?
No. Our research compounds are not sold for human or veterinary consumption, and we do not provide personal-use dosage, administration, treatment, or therapeutic guidance.
How do you verify product quality and purity?
Our quality-control approach may include supplier documentation, analytical testing, product identification procedures, and internal checks appropriate to the product.
Where test reports are available, they should be interpreted within their stated batch, method, date, and analytical limitations.
What is the Swiss Chems product quality guarantee?
We aim to supply accurately presented research products that meet our stated quality standards.
Contact us immediately when you believe a product does not match its listing or supporting documentation. We may request photographs, batch information, order details, or independent analytical results before assessing a claim.
Are HCG laboratory results available?
Laboratory documentation may be available for selected products or batches.
Contact info@swisschems.uk with the exact product name and batch information to ask whether a relevant report is available.
